BroadGNSS presented at Belgian Online Workshop on Satellite Applications for Public Safety

Last March 4, Friday, from 10H00 to 12H00 CET, Public Safety Communication Europe (PSCE) together with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Belgian Science Policy Office (BELSPO) organised a Belgian Online Workshop on Satellite Applications for Public Safety that was open to everyone willing to participate in the ESA’s incoming Safety & Security (4S) Calls and team up with other Belgian space industry, civil protection agencies, and relevant stakeholders.

The speakers presented the details of the upcoming call Space Applications Supporting Digital Transformation in Public Safety, explained the practical authorization procedure with the BELSPO, as well as explored the interest of SatCom within the public safety domain.

BroadGNSS was presented to promote the GNSS time synchronisation and accurate location for critical networks, as a Procurement of solutions to develop Deployed EGNSS Applications, Synchronisation and Monitoring of Critical Mobile Broadband Communication Infrastructure and Information Assets for PPDR.
The upcoming online Briefing Meeting (March 15) was announced as well, to boost the promotion of the Partnering tool, in the frame of the PCP Process.
